Our Team

Dr. Beverly Chado graduated from the University of Maryland and received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She has been practicing optometry for 39 years and opened Eye to Eye in Germantown in 1989. Dr. Chado is a member of the Maryland Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. She has volunteered with Unite For Sight and Great Shape Icare to work on mission trips in Ghana and Jamaica. She resides in Frederick.

Dr. Brian Chado graduated from the University of Maryland and received his doctorate of optometry from Southern College of Optometry. He completed an Ocular Disease residency at the Baltimore VA Medical Center.

He is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. He is a member of the Maryland Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Bailey has been an associate in our Germantown office since 2009. She attended the New England College of Optometry in Boston.

Dr. Marina Zolotova joined Eye to Eye in Germantown in 2015. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree at Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago in 2005. She then completed primary care and ocular disease residency at the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center in Pennsylvania.
